Read this before uploading a photograph of a person to use as a generated actor. These terms govern what you may upload, what we do with it, and what happens when consent is withdrawn.
You may upload a photograph of a person ONLY if (a) you are that person, or (b) you have a written, signed release from that person authorizing the use described below. Uploads of celebrities, public figures, or any individual who has not granted you that release are prohibited.
Your upload is used to generate a synthetic character sheet (front / 3-quarter / profile portraits) that is then referenced by AI video generation models when you create content for your projects. The original photograph is stored encrypted, scoped to your workspace, and is never used to train a model owned by us or any third party.
AI-generated assets that reference an uploaded actor inherit the rights you granted in the release. You are solely responsible for honoring any limits the depicted person placed on use (commercial vs personal, geographic scope, time-limited campaigns, etc.).
Either you or the depicted person may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@miseen.studio. We delete the source photograph, the character sheet, and every cached frame across all storage tiers within 30 days, and remove the actor from your library immediately on confirmation.
By checking the consent box you confirm: (a) you have authority to upload this person’s likeness, (b) you have read and accept these terms, (c) you understand the platform records your acceptance with timestamp and IP address. False statements expose you to claims from the depicted person and from us.
You may not use uploaded actors to: (a) make medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims; (b) build a biometric identification or surveillance system; (c) impersonate a real person in a way that would mislead a viewer about that person’s endorsement, statements, or beliefs.
We may update these terms. Each version is stamped on every consent record. New uploads after a material change require fresh consent. Existing actors keep the version they were uploaded under unless and until you re-upload.
